Extension help
For installation problems, coupon issues, unexpected merchant behavior, or questions about the extension’s disclosure, email support@honorcart.com. Include your browser version, the merchant hostname, and a description of what happened. Do not send payment details, passwords, full checkout URLs, or screenshots containing sensitive information.
Attribution concerns
Creators, publishers, merchants, and affiliate networks can report a possible attribution conflict to attribution@honorcart.com. HonorCart will acknowledge credible reports promptly, disable affected monetization while necessary, and investigate against the public stand-down policy.
Privacy requests
Questions or requests concerning information you submitted directly can be sent to privacy@honorcart.com. You can withdraw extension consent and clear local extension data from its Privacy & controls page.
Merchant and network requests
Merchant program changes, traffic restrictions, and kill-switch requests can be sent to compliance@honorcart.com. HonorCart defaults to disabling monetization while an approval or policy question is unresolved.
Service status
HonorCart is in private beta. There are currently no approved monetized merchants and no live extension telemetry. Material policy and product changes are published in Updates.
